🥇 Your Week 8 Lineup Fix is Here
Bye weeks keep piling up - here’s who’s still out there and how my latest rankings shake out.

Happy Friday, and happy Week 8!
Are you expecting to survive the bye weeks this week, or are you suffering too? Six teams on bye does not help my fantasy teams that need the wins to turn around the season. This is your reminder to look ahead at future bye weeks and perhaps make a trade for guys already back from bye!
Let’s win the week.

I’m not sure if Carson Wentz can handle another football game after last night, I’m actually shocked his arm stayed on all game. But we got to see some good action on the LA side of the ball at least!
MIN Vikings 10 @ LA Chargers 37
Oronde Gadsden: We’ve got a top-5 TE blossoming before our eyes in LA. Gadsden now has a TD in back-to-back weeks and continues to be a key target for Justin Herbert - especially in the red zone. Maybe this is the target in LA that sends Quentin Johnston to the shadow realm again (where was QJ btw???)
Kimani Vidal: Vidal rushed for 117 yards and a touchdown in this win, continuing to step in as the lead back while this backfield handles injuries. With this kind of volume and production, he shifts into weekly flex value and soon to be RB2 territory if it continues.
Justin Jefferson: Even in a rough night for this offense, Jefferson continues to show why he’s a top WR in this league. Carson Wentz was put through the ringer last night and the QB situation in Minnesota is a big question mark heading into next week with the status of JJ McCarthy. Either way, be comfortable with Jefferson, he’s still a stud.

I like to keep an eye on player ownerships as the week goes on. This newsletter sends on Fridays and your weekly waivers have been running since Wednesday so the hot pickups are definitely gone. In this section I’ll highlight potential starters that are still available in over 50% of leagues.
QB Streamer: Joe Flacco - 31.0% Ownership - Rank: QB12
Joe Flacco and the Bengals (feels odd to say) face the Jets this week, an opponent who may be without their lead corner in Sauce Gardner. We know Flacco can put up some fantasy points, so if you’re in a bind with your QB starter I think Flacco is a safe bet to start this week.
TE Streamer: Dalton Schultz - 24.3% Ownership - Rank: TE7
With Nico Collins exiting the Week 7 early with a concussion, Schultz was the leader on the team in targets and I expect nothing different this week if Collins misses the game (presently questionable, has not practiced yet this week).
DST Streamer: CIN Bengals - 14.5% Ownership - Rank: DST7
The Jets have allowed 15 sacks in the past two weeks, but perhaps that was a Justin Fields issue as the team is now starting Tyrod Taylor at QB this week. Lead WR Garrett Wilson is also out this week. Overall, the Jets have some offensive issues that the Bengals can take advantage of on defense and will slot in fine as a streaming DST this week.
Thank you for tuning in, let’s win some leagues.
