Let's see those points again, Miami!

All hail TE Sam LaPorta

Happy Thursday!

Hopefully you were on the better side of the Miami Dolphins scoring overload in your fantasy matchups. The Fins looks incredible on offense and they seem to have found their stride.

Looking forward to seeing how the rest of the season turns out for that team.

Let’s talk some fantasy football!

Season 3 What GIF by The Lonely Island

📰 What the heck happened this week?

  • The Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce love saga continues

    • I don’t have much to add here, I’m sure we’re all up to date on this budding relationship.

  • WR Mike Williams is out for the season with an ACL tear

    • I miss him already. Mike Williams had a huge game for fantasy managers on Sunday and will now unfortunately require surgery. Wishing you the best, MWill!

👀 Week Three Takeaways

🔥 Holy Miami, the Dolphins are FAST
70 points, the first time scoring that much in the NFL since 1966. Wow. Typically I may suggest selling high on any of these players on this team, but I don’t think anyone should move on from anyone on this roster. They’re too fun to watch play at this pace. Enjoy it.

🐎 Zack Moss is actively damaging Jonathan Taylor’s leverage
Moss looks GREAT at RB and shows little sign of slowing down. The more he performs well in this offense, the more it hurts Taylor’s negotiations (in my opinion). Still on the edge of my seat in how this will all turn out.

🛢️ It’s time to begin starting Tank Dell in fantasy
CJ Stroud has the most passing yards for a rookie QB in their first three games of their career, and WR Tank Dell appears to be a large part of that. Back-to-back weeks of 20+ PPR points and I’m beginning to feel inclined to start him.

🦅 D’Andre Swift runs away with the Eagles backfield
“Sure, he looked great against Minnesota but just wait until Kenneth Gainwell returns.” Well… Gainwell returned and we saw just as dominant of a performance from Swift on Monday night against Tampa Bay.

📊 Week Four Rankings Highlights

Every week here I’ll highlight a few players I may be ranking higher than other experts, or some players I’m just excited to see play this upcoming week.

Feel free to check out my full weekly rankings at the link below!

🐏 Tutu Atwell - WR26
If you roster Atwell, I’m starting him. He’s currently the WR14 on the season and has yet to have a game this year with less than 15 PPR points. I’m apparently higher on him this week than most other experts (FantasyPros ECR has him at WR35) but I love him as a starting WR.

🦁 Sam LaPorta - TE4
Currently the TE2 on the year after THE best TE performance last week. He’s reached must-start territory and looks to be a top-5 TE for the rest of the season. I’m excited.

💥 Week Four Booms and Busts 👎

Start your studs.

That being said, let’s highlight some players I’m expecting some big weeks from and a few I’m pretty low on. This isn’t necessarily a start/sit column, but more so some players I expect a bigger week from and some players I’m not excited about.

💥 RB Zack Moss, Colts (vs. Rams)
Keep him in that starting lineup! With a big game last week against the Ravens, we get to experience all the Zack Moss usage again against the Rams. Moss has had back-to-back 20+ point performances in his two starts and until Jonathan Taylor returns, Moss is a start.

👎 RB Dameon Pierce, Texans (vs. Steelers)
Pierce is still seeing less than 55% of offensive snaps and has yet to rush for over 40 yards this season. He now faces a tough Steelers rush defense and I’m much more inclined to slot Pierce on my bench.

💥 WR Jakobi Meyers, Raiders (vs. Chargers)
In a matchup against a defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to perimeter receivers, Jakobi Meyers could have a great game. He now gets to follow up his 29 points in week 1 and 15.5 points last week with another easy opponent. Slot Meyers comfortably into that starting lineup this week.

👎 WR Jahan Dotson, Commanders (vs. Eagles)
Quite honestly, I believe Dotson is a drop candidate. If he’s still on your roster, this is more of a sign to not expect his return to production to be this week. I’m sad, I miss the productive Dotson.

Thank you for tuning in, let’s get a W this week 🫡
