🥇 Week 4 Fantasy Rankings + Streamers You Still Need

Updated rankings and streamers still on waivers to help set your lineup.

Happy Friday, and happy Week 4!

Humble brag, but I have been in the top-20 of FantasyPros weekly accuracy in both of the past two weeks and currently sit at 12th in overall accuracy on the season - 9th in QB rankings, 7th in RB rankings and 1st in DST rankings.

So with that said, my rankings can be found linked below.

📝 Thursday Night Takeaways

I feel like this was a fine game. Nothing too crazy happened, we saw a lot of what we expected in terms of usage, and the Cardinals showed off their pretty sick new uniforms.

Seahawks 23 @ Cardinals 20

Kenneth Walker: Looked strong out of the gate with his usual burst and physical finish, but he’s still in more of a timeshare than I would like. Zach Charbonnet mixed in often enough to cap Walker’s ceiling, though Walker still profiles as the lead back. Think solid, high-end RB2, but not quite the workhorse.

Seahawks Receivers : It’s looking like a crowded room behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba. JSN is a top-10 WR for fantasy, while Cooper Kupp was still earning a good share of targets. Tory Horton still needs to carve his role into this offense, but he’s still a stash more than a weekly option.

Marvin Harrison Jr.: After the last two weeks from Marv, I admit I was worried. Last night looked like a promising return to what we drafted him to be in fantasy. He and Trey McBride will continue to be the focal points of this offense and hopefully this means more sustained success in fantasy output.

Trey Benson: I have mixed feelings about this performance. On one hand, it was fine and he showed that he is the lead back with James Conner out with injury. On the other hand, the production was minimal. His usage in the passing game is promising, but I fear this is a Cardinals team that may be playing from behind in quite a bit of games this season so usage was already limited. Moving forward, he’s a fine flex play - essentially equivalent to what we had Conner set as.

📄 Streaming Edge

I like to keep an eye on player ownerships as the week goes on. This newsletter sends on Fridays and your weekly waivers have been running since Wednesday so the hot pickups are definitely gone. In this section I’ll highlight potential starters that are still available in over 50% of leagues.

QB Streamer: Geno Smith - 29.9% Ownership - Rank: QB12

Let me apologize right off the bat, Geno was my streaming pick at QB two weeks ago when he put up THREE POINTS. So, my bad. But then he put up 32 last week and suddenly I feel comfortable putting him here again. He faces a Bears team that has been in love with playing in high scoring games this season, so I feel good about starting him this week again. Enjoy.

Other QB Options: Matthew Stafford - QB16

TE Streamer: Harold Fannin - 34.0% Ownership - Rank: TE16

Tight ends are gross, as they are every year. Fannin has been… fine(?) so far this season but put up a stinker last week. I’m dipping back in to the well for week 4 as the Browns face a Lions team that has been very friendly to fantasy scoring.

Other TE Options: Dalton Schultz - TE19

DST Streamer: MIA Dolphins - 2.6% Ownership - Rank: DST10

Okay, I don’t like it either. This is a DEEP pull for if you really need a defense this week, but the Dolphins play the Jets who have allowed four sacks in each of the last two games. The Jets may also be without Justin Fields for a second straight week and that makes this look even more appealing. In the end, it’s a Hail Mary play if you are truly stuck at DST but I don’t hate it.

Thank you for tuning in, let’s win some leagues.
