I like to keep an eye on player ownerships as the week goes on. This newsletter sends on Fridays and your weekly waivers have been running since Wednesday so the hot pickups are definitely gone. In this section I’ll highlight potential starters that are still available in over 50% of leagues.

QB Streamer: Trevor Lawrence - 46.6% Ownership

He won’t wow you, but he’ll get the job done. Lawrence and the Jaguars face a light Jets secondary this week and he’s consistently put up 20+fantasy points in each of the last three games. He’s a solid start if a QB is needed on your roster.

TE Streamer: Isaiah Likely - 21.9% Ownership

Start your tight ends playing the Cincinnati Bengals. There’s giving up a lot of points to the tight end position, and then there’s whatever the heck the Bengals are doing this season. According to 4for4’s Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA), the Bengals have allowed 24.8 fantasy points to tight ends each game - the commanders have given up the second-most with 14.9 (see Theo Johnson as an alternative), that’s TEN more points per game. Start Likely, and start Mark Andrews.

DST Streamer: SF 49ers - 41.9% Ownership

The 49ers play the Titans this week, who have been one of the friendliest offenses to opposing DSTs. The Titans gave the Browns some work last week, but I still feel this Titans offense needs to mature and the 49ers defense will be able to make some plays from it.
