🥇 Week 1: Let’s Set Your Lineup
Streamers still available + week one rankings to help you win your week.

Happy Friday, and happy Week 1!
We had, what I would call, an incredible start to the season already last night. Immediate ejections, a one score game, fantasy frustration from the start… we’re so back.
Welcome to the in-season version of the First Seed Newsletter! This week is a little light on content, my week has been a hell of sicknesses in the house. Maybe you enjoy less content? Either way, enjoy and feel free to respond to this email if you need any fantasy help!
Let’s win the week.

📝 Thursday Night Takeaways
I’m unsure if this will be a weekly section, perhaps I’m just extra excited about NFL football being back that I’m willing to discuss TNF. But the FANTASY SEASON HAS KICKED OFF AND SO HAS THE NFL! Allow me to highlight some immediate takeaways I had from the game last night.
Cowboys 20 @ Eagles 24
Where is AJ Brown?: One target, one reception, 8 yards, 87% snap share. Oof. We’ve seen this before from Brown and we know he’ll come back to good graces with fantasy managers, but this was a rough start to week one.
Javonte Williams: We all knew there was going to be an RB to own in Dallas, and it appears to be Williams. If you got him in the 9th round, or later, in drafts - congratulations. Not only did Williams look good, but this Dallas O-Line looked great last night (regardless of Jalen Carter being out there or not). I think we’re in for some solid fantasy production here.
Dak Prescott: Don’t check the fantasy score, Dak had a stellar game last night. There were some pretty sizable drops from his targets that would have added plenty of fantasy points to Dak’s performance. My takeaway here is keep an eye on Dak hitting the waiver wire from upset fantasy players, the points will come.
CeeDee Lamb: Speaking of sizable drops… whoof. Lamb had the fantasy performance you drafted him for with 13 targets, 7 receptions, 110 yards for 18 PPR points. But man, the drops he had in the final minutes of the game were rough. Be happy with Lamb, he’s in for more points.

They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

📄 Week One Streamers Still Available
I like to keep an eye on player ownerships as the week goes on. This newsletter sends on Fridays and your weekly waivers have been running since Wednesday so the hot pickups are definitely gone. In this section I’ll highlight potential starters (mostly QBs/TEs) that are still available in over 50% of leagues.
JAX QB Trevor Lawrence - 38.1% Ownership - Rank: QB10
Lawrence is presently my QB10 for week 1, facing a (historically) weaker Carolina defense in what should be an improved offense for Jacksonville in 2025. If you drafted a laaaaate round QB this summer and need your guy to start the season, my eyes are on TLaw.
Other QB Options: Daniel Jones - QB15
WAS TE Zach Ertz - 40.7% Ownership - Rank: TE12
Perhaps you waited on a TE in drafts and now you’re looking at you’re starting roster with no idea who to start in the position. Allow me to re-introduce you to Zach Ertz! The man who finished 2024 as the QB7 in PPR leagues enters another year on the same team in a game against the Giants week 1 that should have plenty of Washington scores.
Other TE Options: Hunter Henry - TE15, Brenton Strange - TE17
