🏷️ This Week’s Draft Values

Every week I’ll highlight draft values found in draft rooms, primarily using my Abusing Draft Rankings tool to help find these players.

Obviously right now it’s too early to take advantage of these values, unless you’re drafting this weekend! It’s still a massive benefit to keep an eye on both ADP trends (listed in the next section) and consistent discrepancies between ADP and expert ranks.

WR Xavier Worthy - ESPN

Draft room rank: WR48 | Expert rank: WR38

I’m not sure there are any more electric players like Worthy that you can get in the 9th round of your fantasy drafts. His speed combined with being attached to one of the best offenses in football, things look good for his potential as a rookie. ESPN has ten more wide receivers above him compared to FantsyPros and that is a value I am eating up daily.

WR Josh Palmer – ESPN

Draft room rank: WR72 | Expert rank: WR52

Copy-pasting this blurb from last week because he’s still CHEAP: If you need a late round pick idea on ESPN, look no further than Chargers WR Josh Palmer. Currently ranked on FantasyPros as the 124th overall, he is appearing in ESPN draft rooms three and a half rounds later at pick . He’s entering a year with wide open opportunity for targets and you can get him at an insane discount.

WR Rashee Rice – Sleeper

Draft room rank: WR38 | Expert rank: WR31

Another Chiefs WR at a value? I’m in! Rice is appearing in Sleeper drafts about 20 spots later than FantasyPros has him ranked. He is currently the 38th WR off the board in Sleeper drafts. Last year, Rice had the typical rookie production ramp-up as the season went on - he was the WR9 after the week 10 bye and continued being productive in the postseason. Love me some Rice this year in drafts.

RB Ray Davis – Yahoo

Draft room rank: RB58 | Expert rank: RB51

With about a thirty pick difference between rank and draft room appearance, Ray Davis is a sneaky late round value in Yahoo draft rooms. Davis is seen as the clear RB2 behind James Cook in Buffalo - a team that is expected to run the ball quite a bit this season. For a 16th round pick, he’s one of my favorite lottery ticket draft picks.
